WHERE ARE THE GARMENTS MADE?

All garments are made in the USA, in Laramie, Wyoming.

DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?

Yes!  Contact us with any inquiries. 

 

I SAW SOMETHING I LIKE ON THE SITE, BUT IT ISN'T MY SIZE, CAN I SPECIAL ORDER IT?

We do take custom orders, and most pieces can be made again to your specifications. Please note, orders placed for custom measurements will be subject to a $30 charge upon approval.  Just contact us! 

 

I SAW SOMETHING I LIKE ON THE SITE BUT IT'S A TERRIBLE COLOR FOR ME, CAN I SPECIAL ORDER IT?

We do take special orders, and most pieces can be made again to your specifications.  Just contact us!  

 

HOW DO I MEASURE?

Measure over undergarments, use a cloth measuring tape, keep measuring tape level and pull it snug, but not tight. (If you will be wearing special undergarments with your dress, measure over those.)  Don't have a cloth measuring tape?  Just use a piece of string then measure it with a ruler or metal tape measure!        

BUST: Measure over unpadded bra or the bra you will wear with your garment, at fullest part.
WAIST: Measure at natural waist (or smallest part - usually about 2” above the belly button)
HIPS: Measure around fullest part of hips, keeping tape level all around (approximately where the legs bend).
HOLLOW TO HEM: Measure from the base of the neck (hollow of the neck) to the floor.  This measurement is typically only for girls dresses (i.e.: flower girls).  If this measurement is important you will see a note on the dress product.  All junior & women's dresses are made to fit heights of 5'8" - 5'9" (unless otherwise stated on the product). 

 

HOW DO YOU SHIP ITEMS?

We ship through the United States Postal Service.

DO YOU TAKE RETURNS?

You may be entitled to a return within 3 business days.  Please note that returns are limited to; Items that have been damaged prior to delivery & items that cannot be altered to fit (limited to evening wear).  If the item does not fit, contact us to see if a replacement may be sent.  If a size replacement can be sent, Rachelle Rose Designs will only issue an exchange, no refunds.  If a size replacement cannot be sent, the purchaser will be offered store credit or a refund.  If the purchaser does not like the item, it can only be exchanged for another item or for store credit.  The purchaser must contact Rachelle Rose Designs & receive a return authorization number or the item will be shipped back or refused.  Item must be unused and in original packaging with all tags.  

If you have a problem with anything, please talk to us!  If you really can’t fulfill your agreement, please contact us and we will work it out.  Please be honest and kind, we will work with you.
